There are alot of system optimizers are available in the internet web sites.I picked some good optimizers for optimizing the windows operating system by cleaning the junk files, rectifying the registry erros and disabling the unwanted services etc.
1.Advanced SystemCare Free 3.7.2:
This utility offers a one-stop-shop for cleaning and maintaining your computer for better overall system performance. The interface is very simple, featuring only a few buttons, which makes it easy to get down to cleaning immediately (in fact, it automatically runs on start-up) and doesn't confuse you with multiple steps.
The Maintain Windows section focuses on four areas of maintenance: spyware removal, Registry cleaning, a privacy sweep, and deletion of junk files. The Diagnose System button provides system optimization tools, detects spyware, defragments your disk, and scans for hijacked Windows settings

2.TuneUp Utilities 2010:
To call TuneUp Utilities 2010 useful would drastically understate the situation. The app provides users with a powerful, well-designed utility that accesses the entire Windows maintenance tool set and more in a fast, organized, and easy-to-use series of connected module.
Temp file management, registry cleaners and start-up program controls are the bread-and-butter of these utilities, and these basics work in TuneUp more quickly and easily than most. However, the app also sports great add-on tools you don't usually see in a utility program. It offers a variety of Internet and program-acceleration tweaks as well as Windows performance enhancers. The crash-preventing MemOptimizer, a file shredder, deleted file recovery, and a respectable uninstall utility round out the suite. You even can automate maintenance tasks with the scheduler or tweak Windows' appearance with the styler tool. The built-in RescueCenter can restore all changes completely or one by one.
3.System Mechanic Professional 10.0.0.73:
This system maintenance program gives you all the tools for ridding your computer of clutter and problematic files. Normally, we'd write off a program that only offers a measly 3-day trial period, but we were left impressed after experiencing its fully functional trial.
System Mechanic Professional has a very professional, intuitive user interface. We were able to jump right in and the process required us merely to click the Scan button to find any problems. The program very quickly recognized several registry, memory, and startup issues with our system. We liked that the program gave us the option of viewing and manually selecting the problems we wanted to fix before proceeding. A wizard is offered with almost every repair to walk you through the process

4.Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2010 Advanced 6.5:
With the reliability of 11 years of experience, Ashampoo's WinOptimizer series makes Windows maintenance fast and easy - and it works for Windows XP, Vista (32/64bit) just as well as it does for the new Windows 7 (32/64bit).
The extremely easy-to-use menus present the individual modules of Ashampoo WinOptimizer and make it possible to measure system performance, deactivate annoying autostart entries, or delete unnecessary files, all with a click of the mouse.

5.TweakNow PowerPack 2010 2.3.2:
TweakNow PowerPack 2010 is a free set of tools that give you the power to tweak, modify, and personalize just about every aspect of Windows and your PC. It features a fully integrated suite of modular utilities. There's a Registry Cleaner module, a nice touch in freeware since so many of them cost more than they're worth, but there's also a Registry Defragmenter that reorganizes things for speedier performance.
The Windows Secrets module gives you access to more than 100 hidden Windows settings. The Virtual Desktop module lets you run as many as four different virtual desktops at once, so you can try out a wide range of looks and configurations, or keep separate desktops for work and play.
