LG Optimus One Getting Gingerbread Upgrade

LG promises that the new LG Optimus One android mobile will getting  an Gingerbread Upgrade for next month.

Android 2.3 have been recently officially announced, and that it would be first seen in Google Nexus S. It’s been 3 weeks LG Optimus One have been launched in India. The update can bring up a good competition among all the cheapest Androids, including India’s new Micromax A60. But however, the Rs. 13,500 phone may have a Gingerbread upgrade here in India, as the announcement was made only on LG US website.

                                                       LG will upgrade all Optimus One smartphones currently using the Froyo OS to the next version of the Android OS, Gingerbread. Details of the upgrade schedule will be announced locally in due course.
